ALA Webinar
If you understand that the legal industry is in transformation, if you “get” that your clients are looking for innovation in the way they receive legal services, if you want to take your practice, group or firm to the next level, if you have the courage to consider new options and try new techniques, then this session is for you. Today’s business environment is evolving. What worked yesterday might not work tomorrow. To continually develop and succeed, your firm - and its objectives - must also evolve. Join us for an energetic Webinar as we examine the legal horizon and identify and discuss three things you and your firm should be doing now if you want to secure a leadership role in your markets. This will require creativity and innovation to achieve uncommon success in the undeniably transforming business landscape. Learning Objectives:
- View this transformation as an opportunity;
- Accept the urgency to act now to make changes that capitalize on the opportunity; and
- Understand where and how to act to create the greatest impact for your firm.
Managing partners are strongly encouraged to attend this Webinar with their firm’s administrators. Together, you will confirm your common goals and leave equipped to take action in your firm immediately.
