Take this opportunity to familiarize yourself with the Event Calendar's new capabilities.. To download an Outlook Appointment for an event, using Internet Explorer, click on the icon to the right of the title. If prompted, select Open to open the appointment in an Outlook window, then select Save to save the appointment in your Outlook calendar (please note, if you attempt to download the appointment using a non-Microsoft browser, you will receive an error). Select the event title to view more event details and options.
